My name is Poppy, I studied Illustration at Falmouth university. Since studying I’ve discovered a love for print making and surface pattern design. I mainly focus on Lino and screen print however I do also practice watercolour painting, it’s freeing nature really captures the movement in my artwork. I’ve had many years experience at art school, studying graphics and fine art at college where I received 2 A*’s.

I have studied for my dissertation , around William Morris, this process helped me understand the core to British design and found it enlightened me on how the printing process works. I have a keen interest in retro, 1960s and 70s pattern, this comes through in my work also.

I’m currently looking for work experience ,which could help make a start to my career in the surface pattern industry, so anybody interested please do get in contact.
